Terms and Conditions of Booking.

1. A reservation is made once a booking form, together with deposit of 50% of the full cost of the holiday has been received from you. Details of how to make payment will appear on the next screen. We will confirm payment in writing (or by email) within ten days of receiving payment. Provisional reservations may also be made by telephone provided a completed form follows within 7 days.
2.The balance for the holiday must be paid not less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If payment is not made prior to the 8 weeks then the booking may be treated as cancelled and we reserve the right to retain the deposits, which have been paid.
3.Cancellation by the client: the following will apply once notice of the cancellation is received in writing: * up to six weeks before the start of the holiday - loss of deposit
• Less than six weeks before start of holiday – loss of 50%
• Less than 4 weeks before start of holiday – loss of 100%
4.Cancellation by Wildoutdoors : in the unlikely event we have to cancel your holiday, all monies will be refunded. Wildoutdoors reserve the right to cancel a holiday at all times but will endeavour to give at least four weeks notice in this unlikely event.
5.Wildoutdoors cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or for personal accident or injury.
6.Clients are strongly advised to take out personal insurance against cancellation charges and other loss or injury. It is a condition that you are adequately covered by an insurance policy covering mountain walking and or running.
7. All names and addresses are stored confidentially on our computer mailing list and will not be passed on to a third party.
