Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. A reservation is made once a booking form, together with deposit of 25% of the full cost of the holiday has been received from you. We will confirm payment in writing (or by email) within fourteen days of receiving payment. Provisional reservations may also be made by telephone provided a completed form and payment follows within 7 days. Provisional reservations made by online booking form also require payment within 7 days.

2. The balance for the holiday must be paid not less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If payment is not made prior to the 8 weeks then the booking may be treated as cancelled and we reserve the right to retain the deposits, which have been paid. Late bookings must be paid in full.

3. Cancellation by the client: the following will apply once notice of the cancellation is received in writing:-

· Up to six weeks before the start of the holiday - loss of deposit

· Less than six weeks before start of holiday – loss of 50%

· Less than four weeks before start of holiday – loss of 100%

4. Cancellation by Wildoutdoors: in the unlikely event we have to cancel your holiday, all monies will be refunded. Wildoutdoors reserve the right to cancel a holiday at all times but will endeavour to give at least four weeks notice in this unlikely event.

5. Wildoutdoors cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or for personal accident or injury during the holiday.

6. Clients are strongly advised to take out personal insurance against cancellation charges and other loss or injury.

7. All names and addresses are stored confidentially on our computer mailing list and will not be passed on to a third party.

8. All holidays commence from Birnam Guest House in Perthshire and include all transport costs from Birnam for the duration of the holiday until you leave.
